Check the item and the zone
The Fridge works overnight and has Chill and Freeze sections. The current community reference lists specific eligible items; it does not say every food item or bottle can go inside. [1]
| Item | Zone or result |
|---|---|
| Eligible drinks, water rations, Bottle of Spring Water | Listed as receiving the Chilled state in either zone. |
| Nudka | Chilled in Chill; Ice Cold in Freeze. |
| Bei’s Premium Vanilla Icecream | Frozen in the Freeze section. |
| Liquid containers | Can cool down, but do not receive the listed cold-value bonus. |
| Wine Bottles, BloomBerries and other unsupported food | Not accepted according to the reference. Do not treat rejection as a power fault. |
Use the item state to check whether cooling happened. A water container can cool successfully without getting more valuable. [1]
Run it for a night
- Place an owned, supported item in the right section. Check the zone before judging the result.
- Supply enough power. Read the current demand on the machine, especially if you have upgraded it.
- Let the night finish. Then inspect the item for the expected cold status.
- Plan continued storage. The reference says the bonus wears off after a night outside cold storage; it is not a permanent upgrade to the item. [1]
More room and lower power use are separate upgrades
Use Scrap Metal for capacity and Common Electronic Parts for efficiency. Increasing capacity also raises the power demand, so read the panel again after changing it. [1]
If a result is missing, check in this order: accepted item → correct zone → sufficient power → completed night → actual status. Only then compare the selling value.
